I’m 25, married, and have a wonderful one year old son. I am a multi-sport fan from North Carolina, supporting mostly local teams such as the Tar Heels, Bobcats, and Panthers, but also supporting the Atlanta Braves as a lifelong fan. I have watched and loved the NBA since the Hornets had Glen Rice and Larry Johnson. I have enjoyed writing for several years since I found a slight talent for it in my college English class. Since then, I’ve always wanted to get into some type of blogging or writing within a field of interest.
Some key moments in my life have been going to the last ever game for the Charlotte Hornets in the Charlotte Coliseum, a playoff loss to the (formerly) New Jersey Nets, meeting Steve Smith of the Carolina Panthers within my hometown of Hickory, NC, and as well as going to the first ever home playoff game for the Charlotte Bobcats. The best experience, however, was watching the UNC Tar Heels win the 2009 NCAA Championship from within the Dean Dome.
