Jordan Todman Named Second Team All-American by the AP

Jordan Todman of UConn escapes the grasp of Rodney Gnat of Louisville during the first quarter at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium in Louisville, KY.

The honors keep rolling in for UConn Huskies running back Jordan Todman.

Last week, Todman was named to the Walter Camp All-America Second Team and now he’s been honored by Associated Press as he was named to the AP All-America Second Team. Todman was also named the Big East Offensive Player of the Year and to the All-Big East First Team.

He joins former Husky and current Indianapolis Colts running back Donald Brown as the only Huskies to receive All-America honors from the AP. Todman is the only Big East player on any of the three AP All-America Teams.

The Auburn Tigers, Nebraska Cornhuskers, Oklahoma Sooners, Oklahoma State Cowboys and Wisconsin Badgers all placed two players on the first team.
