Some players change teams but stay connected with the Red Sox. Bronson Arroyo still participates in the Hot Stove Cool Music event even though he was traded years ago. Justin Masterson is also one of those players that stays connected; this week he worked out with his old teammates in Fort Myers.
Pitcher Justin Masterson, who the Sox traded to the Cleveland Indians last season, also threw off a mound and worked out. Masterson will leave at the end of the week for his first spring training in Arizona.“You miss the guys out here, but I’m excited to get to know the guys with the Indians better,” Masterson said.
