KG Out Another 10 Days

Via Boston.com:

It's already been 15. That's 15 days without so much as running,
jumping, or skipping. Garnett certainly hasn't been playing (though he
did walk through the Celtics locker room tonight, sans limp).

"Now I actually am pretty sure it will be in the next ten
days or so," said Rivers. "He started working out today for the first
time. So now it's just conditioning. We want to make sure he gets
strong and back in shape, because he literally hasn't done anything."

It's at this point in Rivers' injury-related press conferences that
the coach likes to deflect attention away from the obvious (what's
taking so long???) and talk about how hard it is to take a competitor
like Garnett off the court.

"I think more like 10 days [not two weeks], but with him, trying to hold him down for that extra four will be very difficult."

Rivers said Garnett rode the exercise bike today and did some running. Before this, he's only done shooting.

"He feels great," said Rivers.
