Dear Bills,
I have a hard time wrapping around the fact it took you fifteen tries before you were able to be the New England Patriots again. It doesn’t seem like that long of a period and it’s really not, considering you play one another twice a year. At the same time, look at the times where you’ve come close to beating the team and then screw it up in some way or form. Let’s think back to 2009 when Leodis McKelvin had his lawn vandalized because of a stupid play he made. VANDALIZED! Bills fans are crazy, I tell you. However, none of that had to be done after this game. In fact, I still wonder if they pulled the goalposts down…
I missed most of the game because I was at work. Then I went to go mow the lawn but came back to see you guys came back yet again for the second week in a row. I like that you’re being the comeback kids this early in the year but hopefully this won’t be a recurring incident. I’d like to see you crush the opposing team without having to make any comebacks. It adds more to the story though, don’t you think?
Tom Brady is one of the people in this world I hate for no apparent reason. Even before I could get into football, I get annoyed seeing his face, hearing him talk, etc. I’ve been told I hate him ‘because he’s a Pat’ but again, not true. It was nice to see him leave the field NOT happy. He might be a good quarterback and has won Super Bowls but please. I’d rather hear the Fitz Scream all day than have to hear Brady speak a word. So thanks for putting him in his place for one week.
You guys are going to be on an emotional high after this game as are the fans right now, but you can’t go into this week thinking it’ll be easy. Cincinnati might be another test and if you get too cocky, they’ll walk all over you. Please let’s continue this streak and make it 4-0 on the season this upcoming Sunday.
Go Bills.
