SACRAMENTO, CA —- The Sacramento Kings today announced their 2016-17 NBA preseason schedule, which opens with consecutive games on the road against the L.A. Lakers on Tuesday, October 4 in Anaheim at the Honda Center (7 p.m. PDT), followed by a matchup with the Golden State Warriors in San Jose at the SAP Center on Thursday, October 6 (7:30 p.m. PDT).
Sacramento continues its preseason slate with the inaugural game at the team’s new downtown home, Golden 1 Center on Monday, October 10 (7:30 p.m. PDT) as they host Maccabi Haifa before returning to Las Vegas for its annual exhibition game with the Lakers at T-Mobile Arena on Thursday, October 13 (7:30 p.m. PDT).
// The Kings six-game preseason calendar includes a visit to Kentucky to play the Washington Wizards on Saturday, October 15 (4 p.m. PDT) at Rupp Arena—home of the NCAA Kentucky Wildcats and alma mater of DeMarcus Cousins, Willie Cauley-Stein and Skal Labissiere. Sacramento also stopped in Lexington for its preseason finale in 2015, defeating the New Orleans Pelicans before a sold-out crowd.
Golden 1 Center will host the final exhibition matchup by welcoming the L.A. Clippers on Tuesday, October 18 (7:30 p.m. PDT).
