With less than 24 hours remaining for the big day, there is a lot of speculation surrounding the Kings. Earlier today, Chris Broussard reported that the Kings have interest in Thabo Sefolosha.

But if you think about it, the Kings would be interested in any NBA player that can play defense. Nothing is concrete with this report, so don’t put too much thought into it.
What I’m saying is, it’s really obvious to report a player with an affordable contract that fits Sacramento’s needs.
Sefolosha is a solid player but I would be concerned with the leg injury he suffered at the hands of the NYPD. You can check out GQ’s exclusive with him from a couple months ago.

He is 31-years-old now. In my eyes, he’s not the same player he was with the Thunder but he would still be an upgrade defensively. The biggest incentive if they acquire Sefolosha is that he is under contract until the end of next season and it’s only at $3.85 million.
The next couple of hours should be interesting.
