Cavs backup point guard Daniel Gibson will miss the remainder of the Celtics series due to a separated shoulder.
Gibson, one of the Cavs' best perimeter shooters, left in pain early in the fourth quarter Wednesday night following a collision and did not return.
The team said an MRI revealed a first-degree separation and estimated he would miss one or two weeks.
This is a big loss for Cleveland. He's one of their better bench and perimeter players. Not sure if this means we'll see Damon Jones take the floor.
