David Fizdale was ejected from an NBA game for the first time as Knicks head coach on Wednesday night, after he had quite the outburst during the team’s game against the Rockets.
Fizdale received a technical foul in the second half of the game for arguing the officials, but that didn’t stop him from doing the exact same thing with roughly one minute remaining in the game.
The Rockets were clinging to a three-point lead at the time, and James Harden was sent to the line to attempt a pair of free throws. Fizdale was not happy with the officials over the foul call, so he began yelling at them, with a few f-bombs involved as well.

Fizdale was ejected for his outburst, and to make matters worse — this all happened while Knicks fans were showering Harden with MVP chants. That’s just the type of season it’s been.
