Anway, Dipoto is doing his usual schtick of throwing cold water on the likelihood of the Halos going after big free agents at the Winter Meetings. That doesn’t they won’t though. If you read the quote, he left himself an out by saying he won’t do anything to “build constraints.” So it really boils down to how you define that.
