The 2014 season has come to a close. It’s over and there’s nothing you or I can do about it. We have no choice but sit back, watch the Angels lick their wounds and accept that the Kansas City Royals will soon be our new baseball overlords.
Well, there is one more thing we can do: rank all the Angels one last time! Yes, it is the final Angels Players Power Rankings of the 2014 season. Instead of my trademark arbitrary and subjective style of rankings, I’m going to apply some actual real logic here and rank every player that entered a game for the Angels this year according to their WAR value (taking the average of fWAR, rWAR and WARP). Why? Because you all deserve the best.
