The LaSalle Explorers advanced to the quarterfinals of the A-10 tournament thanks to another strong performance by Jordan Price.  Price tied the LaSalle A-10 tournament record with 28 points in a 76-69 win over Massachusetts.

The Explorers now will turn around today and face the top seed Davidson Wildcats.  The teams played a close game at Tom Gola in February, with Davidson winning 77-69.

For LaSalle to advance to the semifinals, Price will have to continue to carry the team for another day.  Another key factor in advancement will be for LaSalle to continue to make free throws.  In the win yesterday they made 25 of 33 free throws, including 9 of 10 in the final minute of the game.

LaSalle and Davidson tip off at Noon from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on the NBC Sports Network.
