Ohio State University has a rather large alumni base, comprised of many athletes and celebrities. Lakers superstar LeBron James doesn’t belong to that prestigious club, but he’s pretty much an OSU superfan, having grown up in Akron.
James has always been supportive of the Buckeyes, and has attended a number of games in the past. So he made sure to tune in and watch the team’s 28-23 win over Washington in the Rose Bowl on New Year’s Day, especially since it was Urban Meyer’s final game as head coach. He sent a message to Meyer after the game was in the books.
@OSUCoachMeyer Congrats my friend!! Way to go out The only way that feels right and that’s on Top with a W! It was a pleasure to watch you lead this program throughout the years and I wish you nothing but happiness and health in the nearest future HOFer‼️🙏🏾👑
