Let’s Try To Soak In The Moments, Especially The Ones At The Target Center

Let’s compose ourselves for a few seconds, and breathe.

Let’s not forget who we’re playing against: The Houston Rockets, the team with the best record in the Western Conference this season, the team who swept us during the regular season.

I could go on, and on, but I’m not here to belabor my point. My point is pretty concise: by playing against the Rockets in the playoffs, The Timberwolves are put in an impossible situation.

Does that mean we should lose hope during this series? No.

Does that mean the Rockets will sweep us out of the playoffs? No.

The Timberwolves still have a chance, even though it’s a slim one, and as Timberwolves fans, instead of feeling frustrated during every loss, let’s try to soak in the moments, especially the ones at the Target Center because once the Timberwolves are out of the playoffs, that’s it.

The Timberwolves will not return to the postseason until next season.
