The Tampa Bay Lightning have assigned defenseman Brian Lee to the Syracuse Crunch.
Lee skated in 22 games for the Bolts this season, accumulating 16 penalty minutes, 49 hits, 28 blocks and a -13 rating. The Minnesota native has skated in 209 career games, scoring five goals and dishing out 31 assists.
