The Tampa Bay Lightning issued qualifying offers to three players today.
The Bolts will retain the rights to J.T. Brown, Dan Sexton and Mark Barberio.
Benoit Pouliot, Alex Hutchings, Brendan Mikkelson and Pat Nagle were not given offers and will become unrestricted free agents on July 5.
