“Small Market, Big Heart” returns to the big screen this Friday as part of the 13th annual Sacramento Film & Music Festival at the Crest Theater. If you missed the January premiere or just want to see it again, here’s your chance to watch the documentary about Sacramento’s on-going battle to keep its only major pro sports team.
