Jed Lowrie will be making his MLB debut tonight, most likely at third base moving Youk to first and giving Casey a day off. Lowrie normally plays short but should not have a problem with the transition to third.
Tito has gone away from his daily switches of Coco and Jacoby in favor of starting Crisp in center and bringing Ellsbury in as a pinch runner or defensive replacement late. Coco is 5-11 lifetime against Byrd so look for him to get the start again tonight.
Tito has consistently changed who leads off the game for the Sox so it could be Crisp, Lugo, Pedroia or even Lowrie tonight. Tonights lineup will be posted here as soon as it is announced.
