Now that Penn State’s spring is in the books, I was asked to answer a couple quick questions about Penn State’s spring and the 2015 season for The Saturday Edge. Is Penn State better, worse or the same as they were last year? I think there are some reasons for optimism, but there is a very clear ceiling this fall.
