Ever since Lisa Ann showed up courtside at a New York Knicks game on the arm of (or was it the other way around?) Notre Dame wideout Justin Brent, folks have wondered where the former porn star was going to pop up next.
Well…wonder no more.
Tuesday night, Lisa Ann was at Citi Field alongside famed ballhawk Zack Hample to watch the New York Mets square off against the Toronto Blue Jays.
“She randomly tweeted at me many months ago and told me that she LOVES my book…that it has made her obsessed with baseball and that it changed her life,” Hample told The Hall prior to the meet up. “We struck up a correspondence, and after all this time, it has progressed to the point that we’re going to a game together.”
The unlikely had hoped to do some ballhawking, but Mother Nature had her own plans and put a damper on Hample’s day.
“The day got off to a rough start because there wasn’t batting practice,” the lifelong New Yorker said. “And to make matters worse, none of the players on either team even came out to play catch until close to game time, so there were NO opportunities to snag baseballs. I had really been looking forward to giving Lisa a glimpse of my ballhawking world.”

“Lots of people recognized Lisa, and most of them were respectful,” Hample added. “We spent a couple of innings on the press level with a few of the guys who do social media for the Mets, but mainly we just sat and watched the game and talked about baseball, sports and life. She really knows her stuff and was super fun to hang out with.”
And, yeah, in case you were wondering…Hample did get a baseball during the game to keep his 20-year streak of 1096 baseball games with at least one ball in tact.
