I’m not going to lie to you and tell you that Sage Northcutt is a sure thing – he isn’t. He’s young, raw and unproven on the ground. However, this is an excellent case of last opponents skewing the perspective of the fighters. Northcutt faced off against the prospect killer and highly touted Bryan Barberena. Gall on the other hand looked like the best grappler in the world as he tapped out CM Punk. Neither should be indicative of what these gentlemen are capable of and you have to like that it’s making the bookmakers crazy with the odds.
