Everybody became a fan of Khabilov when he sent Vinc Pachel flying with back to back suplexes on way to a TKO victory. His takedowns continue to be dominant and a source for many of his victories. However, he doesn’t necessarily have superb striking. In fact, according to FightMetric, his striking accuracy is a dismal 36%. In addition, his takedown defense is nothing to write home about.

So, it seems odd that he would be such a large favorite against a guy with a tough wrestling background. Without being able to get Des Green to the ground, he’ll be forced to strike with him or to defend takedowns in his own right. Either way, that puts Green in a good place.
