The Warriors sent a clear message about how they feel regarding the current state of the country — specifically the president currently in office.
As a team, Golden State elected to skip potentially meeting with President Donald Trump for a tour of the White House — which, up until recently, had been a tradition among NBA teams. The Warriors were in town for Thursday’s nationally-televised showdown against the Wizards, but instead of meeting with Trump, they hung out with former president Barack Obama.

The Warriors — especially head coach Steve Kerr — have been fairly candid regarding how they feel about Trump, but this recent decision isn’t just some shade throwing, it’s a clear message.
