There’s other stuff going on at Rams camp besides Hard Knocks and dino-truthing.

NFL Media’s Steve Wyche reported Tuesday that Rams defensive end Robert Quinn was excused from practice so he can watch his sister compete at the Summer Olympics in Rio.

Quinn’s sister is Jasmine Camacho-Quinn, who took first in her heat in the opening round of the 100-meter hurdles on Tuesday. That automatically qualifies her for the semifinals on Wednesday night.

Last week, Patriots coach Bill Belichick held a team gathering to watch safety Nate Ebner, who was a member of the the U.S. national rugby sevens team. Ebner is now back with the Pats.

Camacho-Quinn, 19, attends the University of Kentucky, where she was a national champion in the 100-meter hurdles as a redshirt freshman.

We should be able to get to see Quinn rooting on his sister in an upcoming Hard Knocks episode. Speaking of which, you can read every Hard Knocks episode recap right here! There’s a shameless plug for you.
