You would think we have reached a point where baseball players would make every attempt to avoid parking their cars in any area where long distance home run balls in batting practice would avoid getting hit. Unfortunately for Freddy Galvis, that was not the case today. A long bomb launched by Maikel Franco in batting practice today leading up to the Grapefruit League opener against the Toronto Blue Jays found its way to the windshield of Galvis’ car. Needless to say, it did not go so well for the windshield.

If Maikel Franco had been early to camp he would've been strong enough to clear Galvis' car. SMDH, he's tearing the team apart.

Franco is still not quite to the point where he will have mega bucks to simply buy Galvis a brand new car to replace the damaged vehicle, but one quick call to Safelite should fix that right up.
