as Sprint Cup drivers that have over five years experience are barred from the final 8 races of the season in the Xfinity series and Truck series. They are also going to be limited to 10 Xfinity races a year, and 7 truck series events a year.
Any full time Sprint Cup driver though will not be able to race at Miami in the Xfinity and Truck Series starting in 2017.
The new rules are mostly going to impact Kyle Busch who has the most wins this season in the Xfinity series with nine wins in 16 races this year,
