Strengths
Excellent rebounder and post defender…. Not a top tier shot blocker, but has averaged over 1.5 in each of the last three seasons… Good touch in the paint, shoots a decent free throw percentage (75 percent on close shots last season, 68.6 percent from the line)… Capable mid-range shooter (shot 42.5 percent from 10-16 feet last season)…. One of the best two way big men in the NBA…. Good pick & roll partner.
Weaknesses
Average athlete… Only slightly above league average efficiency over the past two seasons… Ability to defend the pick and roll away from the basket… Not a dominant post scorer… Midrange shooting could improve.
