#Celtics Marcus Smart said agent called him, told him he might be in Kyrie Irving deal. Started to believe it might happen. Happy it didn't. pic.twitter.com/ZOIsOXM1C3

I’m not really surprised to learn that Marcus Smart was involved in the trade talks for Kyrie Irving. It’s more a fascination with the evolution of negotiations surrounding at deal – hich players were involved early but didn’t make the final cut.w
We’ve heard a lot about Smart’s off-season weight loss. He says back pain and a lack of energy forced him to drop 20 pounds. He hired a personal chef, dropped fried foods and adopted a Mediterranean diet. What will that mean on the court?
Marcus Smart: "You're going to see me being able to guard the guards like John Wall and Bradley Beal a lot better."

The C’s will need the help on the perimeter especially since Avery Bradley is in Detroit (still hurts). Don’t worry, he still promises to be a bull.
Marcus Smart said he'll still be able to guard bigger guys even though he lost 20 pounds. "My strength has never been lost."
