The Bad: After notching three straight quality starts, Sean O’Sullivan was hit hard, giving up five runs on nine hits in six innings of work. O’Sullivan’s ERA is currently at 4.94. Terry Evans went 0-5 and is hitting just .244 on the season. This type of production in Triple-A is not going to prompt a promotion to the Big Leagues any time soon.
Noteworthy: Jeff Mathis is hitting just .188 after four games with the Bees. Mathis has no extra base hits and has struck out six times vs. walking just once.
