Leodis McKelvin’s agent has told WBEN, that the Bills cornerback will not be pursuing charges against anyone involved in the case of lawn vandalism Tuesday morning. Hadley Engelhard didn’t want to go on tape, but said he is unaware of his client signing any affidavit or memorandum of any kind.
