Texas safety Prentice McKinney finally did what the recruiting gurus have been hinting at for weeks. McKinney decided to not sign with Notre Dame on National Signing Day. Instead, McKinney has given a verbal commitment to North Carolina and plans on signing with the Tar Heels in a couple of weeks.
