Former 101 WRIF Riff Rock Girl and Pistons Automotion dancer, Cristy Lee, will be the new video hostess inside the Joe Louis Arena. She’s gorgeous, she knows hockey, and she’s all about Detroit — does it get much better than that for overly testosterone-filled dudes?
I’ve attached a couple videos for you to get to know her a little better. She also has a blog that I flagged down with my Google searching capabilities.
I’ve noticed on the official Detroit Red Wings fan page some people, particularly ladies, are not happy about Ms. Lee’s new gig. Sure, she’ll probably take away attention from some husbands/boyfriends/lesbian girlfriends/single dudes you wish would notice you instead, but, I assure you, the real Red Wings fans and she will be all business when it comes to game time. She’s off to a great start as the Wings won their first pre-season game last night, 3-1.
Oh, and did I mention that she’s smart too? We at D4L are happy to have her aboard and reppin’ our winged wheelers.
