To which I have to say:
Why on Earth would he want to play hockey on a team that is at best the No. 6 team in it’s country, behind the Montreal Canadiens, Calgary Flames, Vancouver Canucks, Ottawa Senators and Edmonton Oilers?
I’m sick of the hatchet jobs suggesting Long Island is incapable of loving hockey, inferior because it isn’t named Toronto and the Maple Leafs somehow deserve John Tavares. This is the last you will hear from me on the subject (unless someone at G&M wants to challenge me to a fight).
