So by now you know I'm in New York covering Nike's World Basketball Festival… much of which is happening at Harlem's world famous Rucker Park.
Friday morning… after Dwyane Wade was done brutally rejecting the shots of young children, the crowd was surprise when the MC announce the arrival of his airness himself…. Michael Jordan.
He didn't do much. He just stood there and watched… and helped present $23,000 checks to a few area youth centers. But it's Michael freakin' Jordan… and I was there to document it.
Be sure to check out the 1:17 mark of the video… where the MC mentions Carmelo Anthony's recent marriage. Recently divorced Dwyane Wade and recently divorced Michael Jordan seem to get a REAL good kick out of Melo's lockdown. It's like they're saying "wait until you see how much the divorce costs you."
