Here’s another reason – aside from Mr. Zimmer Coach making this defense respectable this year – as to why Mike Zimmer is cool.

I think this came after the Chicago Bears game where we all learned that, indeed, the clocks ARE bullshit. There was a malfunction or something on those stadium clocks that caused Teddy Bridgewater to rush a play that ended in an interception.

I, for one, don’t have a problem blaming the clocks, then, instead of a defense that let Jay Cutler throw touchdowns all over you. I mean, Cutler shouldn’t be throwing touchdowns to anyone, let alone anyone on his team. But, there we were. We’ll get him next year.
