Boedker, 26, has been with the Coyotes his whole career, but is a pending UFA and was in jeopardy of walking for nothing. The Avalanche acquired Boedker with the hope of holding on to their wild card spot. Boedker has 39 points in 62 games this year.
Tanguay is a 36-year-old veteran who is a pending UFA at the end of the year and has 22 points in 52 games this year. Bleackley, was the first round pick of the Avalanche in the 2014 draft, and remains unsigned.
Wood was also taken in the 2014 draft but in the third round. He too remains unsigned. Both will be eligible to join their AHL affiliate next year, assuming they sign with the Coyotes.
