PlymouthWhalers.com reports that J.T. Miller (2011 – 1st) scored two goals last night, but it wasn’t enough as his Plymouth Whalers lost to the Sarnia Sting 5-4 in overtime during their annual Pink Out! for Breast Cancer Awareness game.
Here’s video of Miller’s two second period goals (via The Prospect Park)…

Miller now has 4g, 5a in nine games this season.
…between the scoring and the fighting Miller is just ripping it up with Plymouth right now. I know it’s a long time from now but I’m liking Miller’s chances to push for a roster spot next season.
In other prospect news, Jess Rubenstein at The Prospect Park reports that after a slow start Christian Thomas (2010 – 2nd) now has six points (3g, 3a) in his last six games, Chris Kreider (2009 – 1st) scored despite possibly playing hurt and Scott Stajcer continues to struggle with a 4.59 gaa this season.
