MLB Network’s Game Schedule From July 15 – 21

Los Angeles Dodgers take on St. Louis Cardinals on Thursday Night Baseball during MLB Network’s live game schedule for July 15-21

Schedule features AL East showdown between New York Yankees and Tampa Bay Rays and AL West first-place Texas Rangers hosting Boston Red Sox

Secaucus, N.J., July 14, 2010 – In a matchup of National League second-place teams, the Los Angeles Dodgers visit the St. Louis Cardinals on Thursday Night Baseball on July 15 at 8:00 p.m. ET, part of MLB Network’s live game schedule for July 15 – 21. MLB Network’s Bob Costas and Jim Kaat will call the game live from Busch Stadium. The Dodgers trail the San Diego Padres by two games in the NL West, while the Cardinals trail the Cincinnati Reds by only one game in the NL Central.

On Friday, July 16, the top two teams in Major League Baseball face off on MLB Network, when the AL East first-place New York Yankees host the Tampa Bay Rays at 7:00 p.m. ET. Tampa Bay, who trail the Yankees by only two games in the AL East, have won three out of five games against New York this season. 

          Rounding out the week, the AL West first-place Texas Rangers take on the Boston Red Sox, who are five games back in the AL East, on Saturday, July 17 at 7:00 p.m. ET. The Texas Rangers return to MLB Network against the AL Central second-place Detroit Tigers on Tuesday, July 20 at 7:00 p.m. ET. Viewers in select markets will see the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim at New York Yankees at 7:00 p.m. ET, with the second of the two-game series airing on Wednesday, July 21 at 1:00 p.m. ET.

MLB Tonight, MLB Network’s Emmy Award-winning signature nightly studio show with look-ins at live games, airs every weekday and on Sundays at 5:00 p.m. ET followed by Quick Pitch at 8:00 p.m. ET.

Game telecasts other than Thursday Night Baseball will be carriage of local telecasts, including local announcers, and games will be blacked out in each team’s home television territory. Viewers in areas subject to blackouts in most markets will be provided with an alternate game telecast or other programming.
