Well, the Colts released Turner yesterday. Hopefully he can land somewhere and show he can persevere as he had dreamed. It’s another reminder how the NFL is a bottom-line business, and dare I say, just wanting it isn’t enough. You don’t make it to the first round of camp cuts, well, that’s typically telling.
Turner also spoke of his love for film production. He shot videos and did interviews with college teammates and put out a weekly show. Maybe that’s something he can pursue at some point. I wish him well.
