Blueshirts United reports that Brandon Dubinsky’s sore shoulder will keep him out of his second straight game tonight in Toronto. Here’s John Tortorella on Dubinsky’s shoulder…
“It’s still sore. And shoulders are funny things. The other night he was able to play through it, all pumped up on adrenaline, but then it was real sore the next day. We’re just going to be careful.”
Wojtek Wolski will again take Dubinsky’s place.
…Rangers have been very careful with injuries this year so expect Dubinsky to miss tomorrow’s game in Montreal as well.
…wow, two games in a row for Wolski. There are officially drought conditions in the tub.
Finally, Marty Biron will get his 11th start in goal tonight.
…had to figure Biron was going to get one of the games this weekend. Wondered if he’d start in Montreal, with it being Hank’s personal “House of Horrors,” but Biron didn’t fare too well the last game there either.
