Callahan and Lundqvist tell Gross that they are good to go tonight.
Not sure on Del Zotto yet, but likely between him and Scott for final defensive spot as Steve Eminger and Artem Anisimov both out tonight.
Despite having the flu, the Rangers expect Ruslan Fedotenko to play.
Update, 11:22 a.m.:
Brooks reports that Anton Stralman and Jeff Woywitka stayed on the ice late meaning they are the likely scratches on defense tonight.

Andrew Gross at the Bergen Record reports that Ryan Callahan (foot) and Henrik Lundqvist (flu) participated in this morning’s optional morning skate, while Michael Del Zotto did not.
Tim Erixon, who was recalled this morning, was also on the ice.
…looks like Cally’s good to go. Del Zotto, not so much
…according to reports, Biron come on the ice towards the end of the optional at which time Lundqvist departed meaning that Hank is likely to start tonight.
Larry Brooks at the New York Post notes that by recalling Mats Zuccarello and Tim Erixon the Rangers have used two of their four recalls permitted until Whale’s playoff elimination.
