The most curious statement from Mort’s piece was:
On offense, the most focused goal is getting the line settled and it’s clear the Colts have put left tackle Tony Ugoh on notice that he’s fighting for his job with Charlie Johnson.
I have not heard that reported that way anywhere else. I don’t believe it can possibly be true. CJ was a disaster at tackle (though competent at guard). Ugoh may be in trouble if he doesn’t improve in the long run, but CJ is not a viable replacement at tackle.
