Saturday’s NCAA Final Four action on CBS drew the most viewers for the event since 2005. The early game of Louisville vs Kentucky got 8.4% of U.S. households to tune in, which is 1% more than watched last year’s Butler-VCU semi-final game. The late game of Kansas vs Ohio State got 9.6% of U.S. households, which is also up 1% over last year’s late game (Connecticut vs Kentucky). Overall, almost 15 million viewers saw Kansas squeak out a win over the Buckeyes.
The tournament this year is still down 5% of the viewers it got last year, though.
