LSU (1)
After that blowout win over Auburn I see no reason to move them down.
Alabama
They are as deserving as LSU for the number one, but that will be decided in two weeks.
Oklahoma State
They cruised to a nice win over Missouri on the road. They have some more tests coming up.
Stanford
They absolutely decimated Washington. That’s their most impressive win of the year so far.
Oregon
Colorado’s not good, but 45-2 is nice.
Boise State
Survived a scare against Air Force. Perhaps they did that on purpose for more TV time.
Clemson
They keep on winning.
Arkansas
Not a great win over Ole Miss, but they did win.
South Carolina
They were off this week, but they are here by default. Not too many other teams with very much on their resume.
Kansas State
Baylor is their best win yet. We’ll see if they are for real in the next four weeks.
