Following their Game Four win over the Chicago Cubs Wednesday night, the Washington Nationals have brought in a heavy hitter for the series finale.
Thursday, the team enlisted priest Father Steve to come out to the park and bless their bats.

Should Father Steve’s call get answered, this will be the Nationals first trip to the NLCS since moving to the nation’s capital in 2005. The team last played in the NLCS in 1981 when they were still the Montreal Expos. The team that beat them then is the same that awaits them now…the Los Angeles Dodgers.
