Among the biggest, Da’Quan Bowers was given number 91, which was Stylz G White’s number. White is without a contract, so that could be a hint.
Any hopes new TE from Tennessee Luke Stocker will be the next Jimmie Giles can put that to bed…Daniel Hardy was given no. 88, John Gilmore’s number, so could be a hint what the Bucs plan to do with him. Stocker will instead get Dave Moore’s immortal #83. Yes, Joe Jurivicius too.
QB Mike Coughlin will wear Jeff Garcia/ Bruce Gradkowski’s No. 7 (Sorry Gramatica!)
Possible future starting Middle Linebacker Mason Foster will be 59, last worn by Cato June.
DB Anthony Gaitor will wear #39, while Ahmad Black of Florida will wear #43.
