  • Reports : Cavs To Offer PG Kyrie Irving Five-Year $80 Million Extension : According to media reports, the Cleveland Cavaliers are set to off two-time All-Star point guard, Kyrie Irving a max-deal contract extension for five years and $80 million. Irving, 22, is eligible for an extension as his rookie contract is set to expire. For the year, Irving has averaged 21.1 points and 6.2 assists.
  • Arsenal Advances to FA Cup Finals, 4-2 over Wigan on PK’s : Thanks to a goal from German defenseman, Per Mertersacker at the 82nd minute and solid goal-keeping from Lukasz Fabianski, Arsenal defeated defending FA Cup champion, Wigan Athletic, 4-2 on penalty kicks. Wigan would open the scoring on a penalty shot from Jordi Gomez at the 63rd minute before Mertesacker answered for the Gunners.  With the win, Arsenal inches closer to winning it’s first trophy since 2005 and will face either Hull City or Shefield United.
  •  WR Chad Ochocinco Working Out with CL’s Montreal Alouettes : According to Bleacher Report and Fansided.com, the CFL Montreal Alouettes are working out former NFL star wideout, Chad Ochocinco. Now going by the name of Johnson once more, the former Miami Dolphin was cut after a domestic dispute with former fiancée Evelyn Lozada and had been out of the league ever since.
