2. Josh Rosen

Arizona Cardinals’ quarterback Josh Rosen might have one of the worst supporting casts in the NFL. Considering that he’s a rookie, he’s done pretty well with what he has around him. This past weekend, the Cardinals lost to the Oakland Raiders. That should tell you all you need to know about Rosen’s team as a whole.

Rosen hasn’t been over the top, but he does show promise. This past week, he threw for 136 yards, three touchdowns, and two interceptions. Not an incredible stat line there, but not entirely bad either. Again, the Cardinals simply aren’t a good football team, but Rosen gives them a reason to be optimistic about the future.

With all of the injuries occurring to the rookies, Rosen’s number two spot was easy to come up with. Would he be there if the other guys were healthy and playing? That’s debatable. But where he’s at now is where he belongs.
