4. Josh Allen
We can’t bury Josh Allen all the way at the bottom because of his injury. In fact, I almost wanted to move Allen up this week as the Buffalo Bills offense has completely collapsed this week in a disappointing loss to the Indianapolis Colts without Allen under center.
Since Allen was out, and Nathan Peterman is hated amongst the locker room, the Bills were forced to throw in the longtime veteran, Derek Anderson as the starter. As expected, it didn’t go well.
Anderson threw for under 200 yards and had zero touchdowns to three interceptions. Now, Allen wasn’t exactly lighting up defenses when he was healthy, but he was doing a lot better than Anderson or Peterman ever could.
The Bills ended their week by putting up a whopping five points. I’m sure they can’t wait to get Allen back. The only problem is nobody knows when they will exactly.
