Tom Gulitti at the Bergen Record reports that there will be no hearing or suspension for David Clarkson for his charge on Brandon Dubinsky last night.
Gulitti adds that the two factors that probably played into this decision was no hit to the head or injury.
Clarkson will likely receive a warning call from Brendan Shanahan or a fine for the play
…i agree with the no suspension. Nothing malicious there. Just stupidity. Which is par for the course for Clarkson.

Gulitti also mentions that Dainius Zubrus will also likely receive a warning call for his second period elbow on Carl Hagelin.
…i actually thought that Zubrus’s elbow was much more dangerous. If that connects on Hagelin’s chin he’s definitely out with a concussion.
